Bring your expertise as a Special Education Teacher to a vibrant school setting near Fremont, CA. This contract role runs from early October through the end of the school year, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact as an RSP (Resource Specialist Program) instructor. Your role will be full time, between 35-37.5 hours weekly, and you'll have a chance to discuss specific caseload details during the interview.

Your passion, dedication, and CTC Mild/Moderate credential will support students’ learning and growth in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll need:

• Active California CTC licensure, Mild/Moderate required
• Prior experience in a Special Education teaching role, ideally within schools
• Strong understanding of Resource Specialist Programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative approach and a flexible attitude
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities you'll take on:

• Deliver individualized instruction, interventions, and strategies tailored to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs in accordance with regulatory standards
• Adapt classroom materials and modify curriculum as necessary
• Track and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
