Role Description This full-time Business Development Representative role is a hybrid position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-office and on the road. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted prospecting within assigned markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs, presenting EnerGroup Inc.’s solutions, and scheduling meetings. The role involves maintaining an organized pipeline in the CRM, preparing tailored outreach messages, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and strategy. The Business Development Representative will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on market trends, and support initiatives that improve lead quality and sales efficiency. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Comfort working with CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and report results. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed activity and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
