Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our Fort Wayne team. This key role serves as the hub between our clients, caregivers, and clinical team, ensuring seamless coverage and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls related to scheduling inquiries and adjustments Handle caregiver call-offs promptly and implement coverage solutions Develop both immediate and long-term staffing solutions to meet client needs Fill day-to-day open shifts efficiently and accurately Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal client–caregiver matches Audit and review client schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with care plans Support management with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Scheduling or staffing experience preferred A team-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction This position plays a vital role in maintaining continuity of care and delivering the highest level of service to our clients and caregivers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
