Executive Assistant | 3-6 month temporary, temp-to-hire | Novato | $38-$52/hour We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior leaders. This role is ideal for someone who excels at complex calendaring, executive support, and virtual collaboration, while demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. You anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with confidence, leverage technology to improve efficiency, and consistently follow through on commitments. About us: Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with some flexibility Duration : 3-6 month temporary assignment with potential for temp-to-hire Pay Rate: $38-$52/hour, depending on experience Background Check : Clear criminal background check and drug screen required Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, schedules, and priorities Coordinate meetings from scheduling through follow-up, including agendas, materials, logistics, and action items Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and executive-facing materials Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting Organize and facilitate virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools Track deadlines, deliverables, and key priorities to ensure timely follow-through Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Support special projects and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies 3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support Experience supporting Directors, Vice Presidents, C-suite leaders, or other senior executives Advanced calendar management skills in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Teams experience, including virtual meeting coordination, breakout rooms, channels, and shared resources High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability for results Experience in a regulated, professional, research, life sciences, higher education, nonprofit, or similarly complex environment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
