Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various methodologies tailored to client needs.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute distress or during emergencies, helping to stabilize their situation while navigating resources.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, thereby enhancing community well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills, enabling you to maintain accurate records and documentation in a timely manner using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health treatment, preferably in a community health setting.
