Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other effective techniques tailored for individuals and families.

• Maintain a flexible schedule that allows for an optimal number of clients while utilizing marketing support to expand your practice and service reach.

• Provide live support to clinicians and clients, streamlining therapy processes to ensure timely care delivery and effective treatment.

• Utilize automated systems to verify client insurance benefits, ensuring that all necessary information for billing and client access is processed efficiently and accurately.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client updates, share clinical insights, and collaborate on interventional strategies, fostering a communal approach to client recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges stemming from trauma, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. You will engage clients from various cultural backgrounds, providing an inclusive, empathetic approach to therapy that respects their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual base salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 , commensurate with experience, education, and skill level.
