Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Client Assessments: Perform in-depth evaluations to understand client needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide Virtual Therapy: Engage clients in therapy sessions using video conferencing and other digital platforms, ensuring an effective therapeutic environment.

• Case Management: Oversee client progress, managing cases effectively, and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records in accordance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring proper documentation practices are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including those with PTSD. Our support structure emphasizes a safe and supportive environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings openly, fostering effective therapeutic relationships and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.).

• Current, active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior telehealth exposure.

• Proficient in using various digital therapy tools and software for effective session management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
