Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and manage key customer relationships throughout the Midwest. xhyhwjd This is a remote, field-based role focused on expanding market presence and supporting customers across the building materials channel.

The ideal candidate will bring:

5+ years of sales experience within building materials or construction
Strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industry partners
Proven success growing and managing a territory
Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
Ability to work independently and strategically within a large territory
Willingness to travel approximately 50%

Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary up to $135k (depending on experience)
Additional bonus structure up to 35%
Comprehensive benefits package
