AI Operations Lead

Embedding with teams across Mercury, the full-time AI Operations Lead will identify opportunities for AI to enhance business outcomes, build and implement AI-powered workflows, and ensure sustainable change through training and documentation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Embed with teams to identify areas where AI can improve business outcomes Partner with functional leaders to define success metrics and build AI solutions Lead change management efforts to ensure new workflows are adopted and sustained Required qualifications 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or product operations Hands-on experience building AI solutions, including agents and automations Ability to define KPIs and plans in ambiguous situations Fluency with APIs, low-code/no-code builders, and SQL Strong communication skills to advocate for new tools and processes
