Business Development Lead - Partnerships and Direct
- Build the scalable customer acquisition engine: Create systematic processes using AI that rapidly generate, qualify, and onboard SMB and enterprise customers at scale
- Drive multi-segment conversion: Master both enterprise partnerships and SMB acquisition using automated, repeatable AI-powered systems
- Engineer customer onboarding at scale: Build conversion funnels that systematically move prospects from interest to active customers
- Accelerate your career: Become a customer acquisition expert in a high-growth environment with serious earning potential
- Prove your hustle: Show what you can do when given the opportunity to build something massive from the ground up
- Capture unlimited upside: Earning potential scales directly with the customer acquisition systems you build
- Have 2-4 years in business development or sales and are hungry to build something massive
- Are scrappy and resourceful with a track record of exceeding targets through hustle and creativity
- Love building systematic processes that enable rapid, predictable customer onboarding
- Want to prove what you can do when given real ownership and unlimited upside potential
- Are looking for your big break with serious commission upside and equity
- Base: $100K-$120K
- OTE: $180K-$250K with uncapped commission tied to customer acquisition
- Equity: Significant ownership
