CNC Machinist

A Rockford, TN manufacturer is adding 2 CNC machinists to the team! These are Direct Hire positions with full benefits available.  Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes and drilling machines. Must be flexible to train on day shift then move to 2nd shift. Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts! Apply online to schedule your phone screen to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Follow print specifications to set up machines such as CNC lathes, CNC mills, drilling machines, etc., and to operate these machines for precision work.
• Work from prints or drawings to produce a variety of items.
• Produce precision items beyond the capabilities of production machine operators.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts.
• Must be able to successfully perform the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, bench operations, and inspection
