Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and prepare checks
- Assist with account reconciliations and payroll journal entries
- Answer incoming calls and support general office tasks
- Opportunity to learn EDI transactions over time
- Interest in accounting and working with numbers
- Basic Excel skills; accounting degree is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented personality
- Entry-level friendly with on-the-job training
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability
- Business casual dress code (jeans allowed!)
