Costumer Service Representative Details:
- Temporary position
- $21.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
• Work closely with sales team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely quotation, order entry, manufacture, and delivery of product
• Assist in the development of pricing proposals for new and existing customers
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer base. Obtain basic knowledge of all sales accounts
• Provide sales assistance to designated customer accounts and fanfold sales representatives
• Ensure the efficient day to day warehouse inventory logistics of select customers
Costumer Service Representative Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree in business related field preferred
• 1 year of work experience in a customer service position or related experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) as well as typing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation, organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and time
