Work Environment\n

This position is exclusively remote, allowing you to create a flexible work-life balance. As part of our telehealth facility, you will conduct sessions through a secure video platform, providing you with the convenience of therapy without the need for commuting. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to align your professional schedule with personal commitments. Importantly, there is no on-call work required, further promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized one-on-one video sessions with clients, utilizing engaging methods to foster open communication and emotional exploration.

• Assist clients in articulating their thoughts and feelings, guiding them toward greater self-awareness and understanding of their relationships.

• Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, helping them identify personal goals and navigate paths toward achieving them.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that employ a solution-focused approach based on clinical expertise.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Attend regular team meetings to share insights, discuss client progress, and collaborate on the development of innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary engagement will be with adults experiencing a variety of low-acuity mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. By providing therapeutic support through our telehealth services, you will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their mental resilience, and ultimately improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clear Support Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to the attractive salary, our benefits package includes:
