Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Creekview Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for new clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews to gather comprehensive information.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with recognized therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each plan promotes client growth and recovery.

• Providing individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing teletherapy software that ensures confidentiality and accessibility for clients.

• Setting tangible therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitoring their progress towards these goals, while making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Documenting all clinical notes and client interactions accurately in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to share insights and strategies while staying updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems may be advantageous.
