Human Resources Generalist

Indianapolis, IN (Fully Onsite) | Monday-Friday, Day Shift Up to $67,000 We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing team in Indianapolis. This role will support employee relations, leave administration, compliance, HR operations, and employee lifecycle activities while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. Responsibilities Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and separations Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other leave programs Support recruiting, onboarding, employee status changes, and background checks Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Prepare HR reports, metrics, and employee communications Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience Knowledge of employee relations, leave administration, and employment law Paylocity experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities If you're an HR professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership while making an impact across multiple HR functions, we'd love to connect.
