Your role Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Responsibilities Report directly to the Customer Support Manager. Maintain fleet in the field Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines Improve measurablesuccess to business targets Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software Qualifications We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
