Project Coordinator

A global leader in construction, industrial, and power generation equipment is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a growing team focused on sustainability, innovation, and complex customer projects. In this role, you'll help drive projects from initiation through completion by coordinating schedules, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and ensure successful execution. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables Facilitate communication between customers, stakeholders, and internal teams Organize and lead project meetings while tracking action items and milestones Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Support documentation, compliance, and reporting activities Assist with change management, scope tracking, and project coordination Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience Strong communication and customer-facing skills Experience with budgeting and schedule analysis Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities Commercial project experience involving change orders, scope management, and milestone tracking is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
