Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing evidence-based assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment programs that address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring a focus on optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, allowing for diverse clinical experiences.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service while contributing to team efforts and clinic effectiveness, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys.
• Utilize established procedures and skilled techniques to facilitate meaningful changes in patients' conditions in alignment with physicians' care plans.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience in the field of physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for establishing rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in computer skills and the use of electronic medical record systems.
• A demonstrated ability to build strong, trustworthy relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
