Founding AE / GTM
\nCTB1 is partnering with an early-stage fintech hiring its first dedicated sales leader to take over founder-led sales and build a scalable GTM engine from the ground up.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Own the full sales cycle, from outbound through enterprise close. \n
- Build scalable pipeline using modern AI, automation, and GTM tools. \n
- Develop the ICP, messaging, sales playbook, and processes. \n
- Ultimately build and lead the broader sales organization. \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- Strong fintech / financial services industry experience highly preferred, with an understanding of how financial institutions buy and evaluate technology. \n
- Track record selling complex B2B/enterprise fintech or financial technology solutions. \n
- Experience navigating multiple stakeholders, procurement, security, legal, and longer enterprise sales cycles. \n
- Proven ability to both generate your own pipeline and close deals. \n
- Hands-on, highly autonomous startup operator comfortable building from zero. \n
- Experience with modern GTM, AI, and sales automation tools \n
