Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and mental health evaluations to establish a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and therapeutic techniques, adjusting them as needed to suit evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population that may include children, adolescents, families, and individuals facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from various backgrounds will be critical in facilitating meaningful therapeutic change.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with specific populations is a plus, particularly with children or those experiencing trauma.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
