This position is entirely remote, creating a flexible work setting that allows you to provide high-quality mental health services from your own home. As a Telehealth provider, you will use advanced technology and platforms to conduct therapy sessions and manage client interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and personal goals, using evidence-based approaches to inform your insights.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship dynamics.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, establishing clear objectives and intervention strategies to promote growth and healing.

• Proactively offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring they receive timely assistance and appropriate care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements within the counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring you are compensated fairly for the services you provide with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections for a more predictable income stream.
