Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs and histories of clients.

• Gather and analyze patient medical histories, presenting concerns, and psychosocial factors influencing their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on families and individuals facing a variety of relational and emotional challenges. You will work with a diverse client base, including couples navigating relationship issues, families dealing with conflict, as well as individuals coping with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise in modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and communication therapy will directly influence their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of New Jersey.

• Certification in relevant therapeutic modalities is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience working with families and individuals is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
