About the Role:

Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to help grow our expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of sales strategy, build lasting client relationships, and make a real impact in the home improvement and foundation repair industry. If you're a motivated closer with a passion for results, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and industry partners
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess client needs and present solutions
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align business development efforts
Track sales pipeline activity and report on key performance metrics
Represent the company at local networking events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or a related role
Background in home improvement, construction, or foundation/waterproofing industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Proficiency with CRM software and basic reporting tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
