Position Title: ServiceNow Engagement Managers - Multiple positions
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: W2 Only
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension
Position Overview
We are looking for ServiceNow Engagement Managers to lead and manage ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, excellent project management experience, and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and IT service management processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or ServiceNow consulting.
- 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow-related projects or engagements.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or relevant implementation certifications.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other recognized project management certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or related modules.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale digital transformation programs.
