Desktop Support Technician, Tier 1 — Century City | $27/hr | Interviews This Week

$27.00/hour W2, open-ended contract, onsite five days a week in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA (90067) for an investment and financial services firm.

Our client is the top-ranking Mergers & Acquisitions advisor globally. This role supports bankers and senior leadership directly — you're the first call when something breaks, and you're visible in a way most Tier 1 roles aren't.

Benefits and PTO available while on our payroll. Conversion to a permanent employee of our client is a possibility but not guaranteed.

Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Netskope VPN, BeyondTrust, Teams Phones, and Bloomberg Terminals.

What you'll be doing

• Windows 10/11 imaging and deployments
• Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online support
• Active Directory account work
• Mobile devices, printers, and conference room AV setup ahead of client meetings
• Supporting remote users over AVD and Netskope; remote sessions through BeyondTrust
• Keeping the ticket queue clean and inside SLA

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on desktop and/or service desk support
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

Preferred, not required: Bachelor's degree, CompTIA A+ or Network+, or other relevant certifications.
