Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and report hazards, disturbances, and/or policy violations.
Support healthcare operations by assisting with directions, escort requests, and other security-related duties while maintaining professionalism and attention to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
