WorkforceManagement: Proventrackrecordofsupportingahybridorblendedworkforce\(managingbothonsiteandfullyremoteteams\). ComplianceExpertise: StrongworkingknowledgeofUSfederalemploymentlaws\(FMLA,ADA,FLSA\)andexperiencenavigatingmulti-stateemploymentregulations.
