Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Teletherapy Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual psychotherapy sessions with adult clients using evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients, many of whom may be dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and various other mental health concerns. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their challenges and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unencumbered state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating the ability to handle varying mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with additional experience in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as those who possess excellent written communication skills for documenting sessions, will be prioritized. A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license in any jurisdiction is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and the opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
