Director, Account Manager Existing Accounts (Fintech) - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Location Requirement This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in one of the following approved locations: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Birmingham, AL. Job Summary The Director, Account Manager – Existing Accounts will be responsible for building and expanding strong relationships with our strategic Retail Partner accounts, overseeing and growing a portfolio of strategic partners, developing new business opportunities, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop direct and active relationships with partners. Develop and maintain strategic account plans to manage and guide ecosystem expansion opportunities. Lead, collaborate and problem‑solve with cross‑functional teams to implement initiatives and achieve internal business goals. Understand the industry and guide the Product organization with future product and services offerings to improve the end‑product for partners and customers. Implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue and contribution goals. Create awareness and demand for company products. Gain a deep understanding of the financial factors driving profitability and loss, and identify opportunities for continued improvement around partner and customer engagement and operational efficiencies. Moderate travel required. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or project management. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Demonstrated success in managing large, complex business relationships. Ability to travel up to 25%. Strong financial acumen with ability to achieve revenue and profit growth across a wide range of products and services. Strategic thinking about partnerships across multiple business units. Analytical skills with proven ability to utilize data for planning, decision making, and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Team player who thrives in ambiguous situations and can deliver results. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Ability to meet the location requirement outlined above. Preferred Qualifications Fintech industry experience a plus. Salary Targeted base salary: $138,700 to $208,100 per year.
