Accounts Receivable Specialist
Genuine Search Group
Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for a portfolio of residential properties. Process tenant charges, rent payments, credits, and adjustments accurately and on time. Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on delinquent accounts. Prepare and distribute tenant statements and account reconciliations. Support rent collections while ensuring compliance with rent regulations. Partner with property management and leasing teams to resolve tenant account discrepancies. Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant-related inquiries. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation within the property management system. Reconcile accounts receivable balances and assist with month‑end close activities. Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of accounts receivable experience within real estate. Strong knowledge of rent regulations is required. Experience with leasing, renewals, rent collections, and tenant relations. Yardi experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
