Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Research and document complex accounting matters (leases, equity, SBC, revenue recognition), prepare technical memos, and monitor new FASB/SEC standards. Support SEC reporting (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, and proxy filings); coordinate with auditors and legal; assist with XBRL tagging and earnings releases. Support monthly/quarterly close, reconciliations, SOX control environment, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications CPA (active) with 5–8+ years of progressive experience, including public accounting and industry roles. Hands‑on SEC filing experience at a public company. Experience with complex equity, warrant, or SBC accounting exposure. Experience in IPO or first‑year public company reporting or in the energy, infrastructure, or real estate/capital‑intensive industry (strong differentiator).
