Work Environment

This position is based in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, fully equipped with the latest technology and treatment modalities designed to support patient-centered care. Our onsite setting allows therapists to work directly with patients, leveraging hands-on techniques and personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine the extent of their physical conditions and to form a baseline for developing treatment plans.
• Create and implement individualized therapeutic treatment programs incorporating a variety of methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatments, responses, and outcomes to adjust therapies as needed.
• Engage in regular communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective care.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices as necessary and provide suitable training to enhance their functional mobility.
• Commit to continuous learning by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes children, adults, and elderly individuals recovering from various injuries, chronic diseases, or surgeries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to provide care in Virginia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
• A highly flexible approach to adapt to changing circumstances and patient needs.

Preferred Experience

While prior work experience is not strictly required, candidates with clinical internship experience, especially in outpatient settings or rehabilitative care, will be given favorable consideration. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our generous benefits package includes:
