Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Activate Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, symptoms, and functional capabilities.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and devising effective, individualized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility and quality of life.
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, educating patients on proper techniques, and ensuring they understand their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilizing manual therapy techniques such as massage and stimulation to promote healing and alleviate discomfort.
• Assisting patients in navigating equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices, drawing upon your knowledge to enhance their mobility.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously, ensuring that modifications to treatment plans are rooted in evidence-based practice.
• Advising patients and their families on home care strategies and exercises that align with rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
