This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, providing ample flexibility in scheduling. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will manage your own calendar, balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, adolescents, families, and groups to identify needs, challenges, and appropriate clinical interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to client goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicating effectively during patient rounds to ensure cohesive care and accurate documentation of assessments and treatment processes.

• Maintain thorough, ethical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational expectations to support clinical decisions and outcomes.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community and healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and resources.

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring accessibility and adaptability in your therapeutic approach to accommodate diverse client backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve outpatient clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and life transitions. Your expertise will guide clients towards resilience and well-being, utilizing therapeutic techniques that engage and empower them throughout their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid mental health professional license in New Jersey, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A strong foundation of at least 2 years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

• Availability to provide therapy sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours weekly, allowing adaptable engagement based on client needs and personal preferences.
