This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to carry out your professional responsibilities from the comfort of your own home. Our practice utilizes telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, enabling flexible scheduling and accessibility for both clients and therapists. You will receive comprehensive administrative support for managing appointments, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and clients’ progress in therapy.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate care and refer clients to additional resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Balanced Life Therapy, you will work with clients across the lifespan, from children to seniors, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Your credentials must include a full and unrestricted license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no prior disciplinary actions should be present.
\n
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation with a compassionate approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding towards clients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Proficient computer skills are required to manage telehealth software and documentation needs effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
