Responsibilities Oversee HR operations and employee relations at the Ormond Beach, FL location. Provide comprehensive HR support to management. Lead safety and compliance efforts, including OSHA reporting, overseeing the safety committee, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Manage employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and benefits administration. Coordinate accurate payroll and maintain HR systems. Support HRIS implementation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reporting. Qualifications Over five years of progressive HR experience. At least two years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment. Success in managing employee relations and conflict resolution in fast‑paced settings. Hands‑on experience with HRIS implementations. Strong understanding of safety and compliance.
