Litigation Docketing Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing timely and accurate docketing coverage for nationally located offices, the full-time Litigation Docketing Specialist will assist in coordinating the docketing process, monitor inboxes for docket entries, and support attorneys and legal staff, all in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor office-specific inboxes for docketing entries and coordinate with senders as needed Review litigation and business filings to determine deadlines and enter/update docket entries Produce docket reports and provide ongoing technical support regarding docketing policies and mechanics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of docketing or relevant legal support experience Experience in a law firm preferred Functional knowledge of standard MS Office applications Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation Working knowledge of litigation and business court filings
