Discover Fort WorthPerforms activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.Minimum of five years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping.Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Desired SkillsMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, operations management, organizational leadership, or a related discipline.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project-management credential.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher; Black Belt certification strongly preferredChange-management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent qualification.Demonstrated success delivering significant cost savings, productivity improvements, cycle-time reductions, quality improvements, or capacity gains.Knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability, control charts, hypothesis testing, regression, and measurement-system analysis.Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, SQL, or equivalent applications.Experience coaching or training leaders and employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
