Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual mental health support to individuals through telehealth. In this role, you will assess client needs, create treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, and help clients build practical tools for managing emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This position is best suited for someone who is confident working independently, communicates clearly, and values consistent, high-quality care.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling sessions through a telehealth platformComplete client assessments and gather relevant historyDevelop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progressMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor client outcomes and adjust care approaches when neededApply evidence-based counseling methods in treatmentIdentify risk factors and follow proper safety and reporting procedures
