Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy services to individuals and families, utilizing a range of methodologies including case management, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all services align with clinical best practices and are supervised by licensed professionals when necessary. \n Employ evidence-based treatment modalities for various mental health challenges, adaptively responding to each client's unique circumstances and needs. \n Facilitate crisis intervention and therapeutic sessions including couples therapy, family therapy, and addictions counseling, focusing on support and skill enhancement. \n Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and organizational procedures. \n Engage in continuous professional development, participate in team meetings and case consultations, and contribute to the refinement of therapeutic practices within the organization. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clientele ranges widely, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, families navigating relational challenges, and groups focused on addiction recovery. Understanding the nuances of each case is crucial, as we serve diverse populations with varying cultural backgrounds and socio-economic circumstances. It is your role as an LMFT to sensitively navigate these dynamics while providing tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n \n Must possess a valid license as an LMFT or equivalent Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania. \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution. \n A minimum of 2 years of professional experience delivering psychotherapy services in clinical settings. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience providing treatment for dual diagnosis disorders is highly favored. \n Historical engagement with interdisciplinary team members in collaborative clinical environments. \n Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
