Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths and challenges, providing a clear understanding of their mental health needs.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Techniques.

• Collaborate harmoniously with healthcare professionals including psychologists, medical doctors, and addiction specialists to coordinate integrated care plans that address all aspects of a client’s wellness.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring that they receive the support they need to thrive.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to collaborate on client care and share insights, enhancing not only your clinical skills but also the team's collective expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals in a Detox setting who are often facing multifaceted mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and current LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of experience post-licensure in providing clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
