Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible, remote work setting to accommodate our employees' diverse schedules. Your typical working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balance between professional commitments and personal life. You will work closely with educators and other professionals within the school system to support students' mental health needs, ensuring you are an integral part of their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services to clients, ensuring individualized and culturally competent care.

• Prepare comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans that reflect each client’s progress and therapeutic goals.

• Collect thorough data through client interviews, case histories, and observation techniques to validate clinical assessments.

• Analyze data to identify the root causes of client challenges and determine appropriate therapeutic or referral actions.

• Maintain prompt and accurate client documentation within 24 hours of service delivery to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Attend mandatory training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with the Center for Personal Growth, you will primarily work with adolescents and children within a school setting. Your focus will be on addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in supporting students during pivotal moments in their lives, providing therapeutic guidance that promotes resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LCSW designation or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must be eligible for credentialing on insurance panels to facilitate client access to services.

• Hold current malpractice insurance to ensure protection while practicing.
\n
• Commit to a minimum caseload of 10 sessions per week, equating to approximately 53 minutes per session.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth and virtual therapy modalities, especially in school-based or educational settings.

• Knowledge of and experience in integrating non-traditional practices into therapeutic methods, such as dreamwork and mindfulness techniques.

• A deep understanding of legal and ethical issues surrounding patients’ rights in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and specific skill level.
