Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate both pre-crisis and crisis management plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines, utilizing our digital documentation system.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with best practices.
\n
• Actively engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, participating in relevant trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Serve as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and additional service systems to provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Establish open lines of communication to effectively coordinate care and promote the mission of Brightside within the broader community.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and foster collaboration for resource acquisition.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities such as conferences, classes, and committee participation to stay current in the field.

• Embody the agency's mission and values in all interactions and contribute to the maintenance of a positive team environment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the client and team success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are diverse and may include individuals facing challenges related to mental health disorders, substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Your role will require empathy and understanding, as you facilitate their journey toward recovery while promoting resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required.
\n
• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems are preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and treatment, especially in a telehealth context.

• Previous work within community mental health services or similar settings is a plus.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT and DBT, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brightside Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a generous base salary, we provide the following benefits:
