Bilingual Customer Service Assistant

To support a growing immigration law firm, the remote Bilingual Customer Service Assistant will manage inbound and outbound client communications, ensure case updates are provided, and maintain client relationships while working full-time. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and professional responses Manage notifications, letters, timelines, and reports for client cases Follow up with clients to confirm details and facilitate case progress Required qualifications Experience in call center, customer service, or related fields (preferred) Bilingual in Spanish and English, with clear communication skills Strong command of Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms Demonstrated empathy, problem-solving, and organizational skills Availability for rotating shifts with a full-time commitment
