Job Title

RN – Step Down / IMC / PCU

Location

Atlanta, GA | Step Down / Intermediate Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a step-down / intermediate care unit setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring close cardiac observation and intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or a compact state license
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience in a step-down, IMC, PCU, or similar setting
• Strong cardiac experience required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Familiarity with high-acuity intermediate care workflows and protocols
