Accounting Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our client's vehicle transaction processing, documentation management, and customer service activities within a fast-paced accounting environment. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $19 and $21/hr. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for transaction-related inquiries, providing timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process and record vehicle purchases, wholesales, dealer trades, buybacks, payoffs, and related transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain transaction files, title documentation, and tracking reports, following up on missing paperwork and unresolved issues.
• Communicate with business partners, lenders, auctions, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation.
• Record incoming payments, review aging accounts, and assist with reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Support month-end activities, including account reviews, inventory reconciliations, reporting, and outstanding transaction follow-up.
• Provide administrative support, maintain archived records, and assist with cross-functional coverage as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, special projects, and other operational initiatives assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, administrative operations, vehicle accounting, inventory accounting, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of requests and follow-up activities.
• Experience processing transactions, maintaining records, and working with supporting documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and operational data.
• Ability to research issues, identify solutions, and follow through to resolution.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support various departments and responsibilities.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
