This role is designed to allow counselors the flexibility to work remotely while still contributing meaningfully to our outpatient services. Collaborate with colleagues using telehealth technologies and electronic medical record systems to ensure seamless communication and client support. A structured schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fosters work-life balance while allowing for the delivery of consistent client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. Clients may be children, adolescents, or adults, thus requiring counselors to adapt their therapeutic approaches to meet varying developmental and emotional needs. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their personal journeys and empowering them to develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• An active mental health license, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, in California is required to practice legally.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is necessary to ensure a high standard of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
