Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Central Coast Psychotherapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, offering brief, evidence-based screenings to identify client's needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing support in high-stress situations to ensure client safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain documentation of client interactions and ensure timely report submissions to track progress and uphold agency standards.

• Participate in team meetings and committees to improve service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Central Coast Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
