In this crucial role, you’ll lead our retention strategies, provide excellent customer service, and grow our business. Salary: $40,000 – $50,000, along with commissions over threshold, plus benefits Requirements for Account Manager: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the insurance industry Must have P&C insurance license Proven relationship building, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, listening and organization skills Fluent with Microsoft products, including Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new apps and systems Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and interpersonal skills Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Positive thinker, comfortable with fast paced environment Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products Ability to work in a team environment and train others as necessary Proficiency in Windows, Word, Power Point and Excel (knowledge of working with spreadsheets is required) Contact Centre experience (preferred) Responsibilities for Account Manager: Providing excellent customer service for Property and Casualty insurance, completing requests including claims, endorsements, payments, and other insured requests Facilitating and achieving renewals Developing aggressive retention strategies as per customer feedback Providing quotes for prospects Fostering strong and lasting relationships with customers and producers Participating in scheduled team and office meetings Providing account management backup Maintaining working knowledge of carrier products and processes Performing other functions as required Benefits: 401(k) Retirement plan Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Optional disability and life insurance Comprehensive training Competitive salary Competitive commission opportunities Job Type: Full-time Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Work setting: Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
